Blasphemous – to promote wine culture in the land of beer. We have been the first in the Baltic States to buy an original wine serving and pouring equipment “Le Verre de Vin” that allows us to offer you 20 different kinds of wine in glasses at one time!
National – to present and promote the most delicious Lithuanian drinks and products, to make such dishes that foreigners would like to return back with a flock of fellow-countrymen.
Social – to unite Kaunas citizens who have already seen and experienced a lot but who enjoy life, love themselves and the surrounding world, who are curious and active.
Educational – to include a dish for a soul into every menu of an event;
Gourmet – to search, find, present, offer and share the treasures of gastronomy. As we admire small farms, their real owners, and their sincere work ourselves, we will offer you to try products that have been grown on the small Lithuanian farms, produced in the European wineries and made on the cheese-making farms. You will have a choice either to try them at our place or have as a nicely-wrapped take-away.
